Applying for an Indian Visa

Entry (Visa) Requirements

Visitors to India must obtain a visa from an Indian diplomatic mission unless they come from one of the visa-exempt countries or a country whose citizens may obtain a visa on arrival, or an e-Visa online.  www.indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/

Visa on arrival

Visas are issued under these categories: business; tourist; medical; and conference. These visas have a validity of 60 days. The validity of the visa starts from the date of issuance and not from the date of arrival in the country.
